Binary Fission is a type of Asexual Reproduction. The organism's parent cell is divided into 2 daughter cells by mitosis, and producing 2 nuclei which then splits and turns into 2 organisms.
Asexual Reproduction - Fission Repro
Each organism is covered by cell membranes.
