Mobility Rights - The right to migrate
Responsibility - Not traveling to do illegal things

Democratic - Government of people's choice, right to vote
Responsibility - Make wise choices as a community, be fair when voting

Fundamental Freedoms - Belief, expression, press and communication, religion.
Responsibility - Keep it appropriate, don't abuse it to advantage.

Legal Rights - Right of innocence until proven guilty
Responsibility - Not to abuse the law with the time being innocence

Equality Rights - Have equal rights as any other person
Responsibility - Not forcing anyone to work or blackmailing of some sort

Official Languages - Workplaces have to know the official languages of the country
Responsibility - Have a person to speak the languages in the business place

Minority Language - Right for minorities to speak their language - Not use it in a harmful way against people knowing that they don't speak it
